Eco Support Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2015 by Niranjan Kolekar and Prachi Nimkar with a vision to integrate sustainability into modern business practices. The company was founded to help organizations achieve growth while maintaining environmental responsibility. From its inception, Eco Support has focused on creating solutions that balance ecological preservation with economic success. Over the years, it has worked toward fostering sustainable development and encouraging businesses to adopt environmentally conscious practices.

Ethos of our Logo

Our logo symbolizes the three key environmental sectors—Land, Air, and Water—which represent the core services of Eco Support Pvt. Ltd. The colors green, white, and blue are inspired by land greenery, pure air, and water respectively. The kite-shaped design represents Eco Support’s aspiration to soar high while balancing sustainability with customers’ business goals. The blue and green triangles signify wastewater services and the strong foundation of greenery on land, while their intersection forms the letters “e” and “s” in white, symbolizing pure air. The logo reflects Eco Support’s commitment to environmental stewardship, scientific integrity, and reliable customer service.

Managing Director

Niranjan Kolekar, with a background in Biological Sciences and experience at CSIR-NEERI, brings over a decade of expertise in environmental consultancy, specializing in impact assessments, wastewater treatment, and waste management. He has been instrumental in shaping Eco Support’s vision and expanding its technological capabilities. His work has earned industry recognition, including a 2014 shortlisting by FICCI-Stanford Business under the DST-Lockheed Martin India Innovation Growth Program. Niranjan Kolekar, with a background in Biological Sciences and experience at CSIR-NEERI, brings over a decade of expertise in environmental consultancy, specializing in impact assessments, wastewater treatment, and waste management. He has been instrumental in shaping Eco Support’s vision and expanding its technological capabilities. Niranjan Kolekar is a sustainability leader and environmental professional at Eco Support Pvt. Ltd. He completed his Masters in Biological Sciences from The Institute of Science. He began his career journey with CSIR-NEERI. In 2014, he was shortlisted by FICCI-Stanford Business for Lake Bioremediation innovation. Under his leadership, Eco Support has executed 250+ waste management projects globally. He has led the implementation of EcoComposter® systems for residential and commercial developments. His expertise includes decentralized waste management and natural wastewater treatment systems. He also specializes in constructed wetlands, rainwater harvesting, and air quality monitoring systems. Niranjan actively guides businesses toward sustainable environmental compliance solutions. He is focused on building intelligent and impactful environmental infrastructure for future generations.

Prachi

Nimkar

Director

Prachi Nimkar is the Director of Eco Support Pvt. Ltd. and Trustee of EcoSupport Foundation. She has over 20 years of experience in environmental research and sustainability. Her expertise includes environmental impact assessments, green buildings, and waste management. She is an EDGE Expert certified by IFC and an IGBC Accredited Professional. Prachi is also a NABET Accredited EIA Coordinator for infrastructure and township projects.
She began her career with reputed institutes under the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research. At National Chemical Laboratory, she worked on Indo-Swiss biotechnology projects.
She is an alumnus of CSIR-NEERI with experience in oil spill impact assessments. She has led sustainable development and environmental compliance projects across Maharashtra and Goa. Prachi actively promotes eco-friendly, climate-responsive, and circular economy solutions in the construction industry.
